    napansin ko lng while job hunting dati may mga kumpanya na prestigious ang dating na nakalocate pa sa makati ortigas pero barat naman magpasweldo samantalang yun ibang company tabi tabi(joke! hindi lng sikat i mean) lng eh mataas magpasweldo. may example ba kayo dyan hehe

    ^^^ Alam ko yung isang Telegraph & Telecomm Co. sa Legazpi Vill., Makati main office nila (big time di ba?). Noong 90's, support kami ng mga comm. equipts. nila. Lagi reklamo ang mga engineers/employees nila. Baba raw ng sweldo! Tapos yung opis, akala mo nasa City Hall ka. Puro luma na mesa, mga office equipts. nila. Madilim pa yung exchange nila. Nagtitipid sa kuryente!

    May kaibigan ako nagwowork dati sa isa malaking chemical co. dyan sa Libis, ahente siya pero walang commission sa benta nya (pwede ba yun???), ang sweldo nya 20-25k/month kahit ilang milyon pa sales niya wala man lang incentive. Nag-resign sya at lumipat sa isang chemical co. din na bago palang at sa ngayon pag makaka 100k siya na commission feel nya mahina pa daw yun.

    Wise na mga kumpaniya ngayon, depends on their vision and mission. if they think hindi ka asset they don’t bother to offer such big compensation…. pahinog ka. The nationality of the owner really plays a big role on this….there are local and foreign nationality owners that are so generous whenever there were huge profits attained...but many are still as you have said barat – pasensyahan na lang Swerte-swerte lang

    hehe wondering why people choose to stay if they think they're underpaid... Maybe not good enough to attract a better compensation by the company (or other companies)???

Prestigious kuno pero Barat Magpasweldo
