^^^ Alam ko yung isang Telegraph & Telecomm Co. sa Legazpi Vill., Makati main office nila (big time di ba?). Noong 90's, support kami ng mga comm. equipts. nila. Lagi reklamo ang mga engineers/employees nila. Baba raw ng sweldo! Tapos yung opis, akala mo nasa City Hall ka. Puro luma na mesa, mga office equipts. nila. Madilim pa yung exchange nila. Nagtitipid sa kuryente!

May kaibigan ako nagwowork dati sa isa malaking chemical co. dyan sa Libis, ahente siya pero walang commission sa benta nya (pwede ba yun???), ang sweldo nya 20-25k/month kahit ilang milyon pa sales niya wala man lang incentive. Nag-resign sya at lumipat sa isang chemical co. din na bago palang at sa ngayon pag makaka 100k siya na commission feel nya mahina pa daw yun.

Wise na mga kumpaniya ngayon, depends on their vision and mission. if they think hindi ka asset they don’t bother to offer such big compensation…. pahinog ka. The nationality of the owner really plays a big role on this….there are local and foreign nationality owners that are so generous whenever there were huge profits attained...but many are still as you have said barat – pasensyahan na lang Swerte-swerte lang

i think bibihira ang taong magsasabing "i am earning enough."

mas madalas ang magsasabi na "kulang ang sweldo/kinikita ko." kahit pa siguro 1M a month na ang kinikita, people will always think kulang pa din. (how else can you afford a ferrari? and if for example, you can actually own a ferrari, you start thinking, darn, how can i afford two ferraris? hehe)

you know what they say, "the grass is greener on the other side." or like what some people say when driving, "the other lane is faster."

actually, the reason why top companies give out monthly salaries is because they package everything to include bonuses, medical benefits, health insurance, retirement benefits, etc.

if you would want to get a higher monthly salary, get to be a consultant. 10% lang ang tax.

Ano ba ang sapat na sweldo para sa atin? Yun ba ay yung itawid na natin sa gutom ang mga pamilya natin, makakain ng 3 beses isang araw, mapunan ang iba't ibang luho natin, etc.?

Ang mga companies dito sa ating bansa ay may kanya kanyang criteria pagdating sa swelduhan. Unfortunately, unlike in other countries very fare ang labanan doon. Dito sa ating bansa, lets face it, merong discrimination. Sa pag apply pa lang natin, ang mga job vacancies meron pang age limit when in fact that is a form of discrimination. Sad but true. Kaya nga sometimes what we get, we don't really deserve.

But then again, I agree with Sir Smooth! Karamihan sa atin, hindi makontento kung ano na kinikita nila kahit na para sa iba ay sapat na! (hehehehe)

Parang pag hinihingi mo ang kamay, isasama na ang braso.. Di pa rin sapat, hihingin na ang buong katawan mo!

Wag lang sana dumating sa point na maging greedy na tayo kase "Mortal Sin" na yun!
