yun mga intsik nga na may ari ng malalaking negosyo dito yun iba elementary lang natapos at marunong lang magsukli pero tignan mo naman kung nasaan sila they dont just manage the company they OWN IT!

tama yun nagsabi na may kakilala sya 25 yrs old may MBA tapos hirap makahanap ng work. meron din ako mga kakilala ganun loaded with degrees and theoretical knowledge but no experience basically useless coz overqualified sya sa inaaplayan nya ...in the end jobless..sa pinas

isa pa even if you ask experts in the MBA field there are just some things that cant be thought in school...essential traits(like intuition, good business EQ etc.) ..all of these necessary to be successful in your company.

also, just to give you an idea on how important experience is, walang pinagkaiba yan sa sundalo na kagagradwayt lang sa training sa isang sundalong ilang taon na nasa gera(lumalaban sa abu sayaf, milf) syempre kung ikaw general papapiliin ka ng tao sino pipiliin mo mga bagito o mga hardened warriors?

last kung ako lang i would rather work as a janitor in a first world country than work as a manager in a third world country...but thats just me!
