AutoMujeresPinas will be having its 1st Outreach Program on May 5, 2007 (Saturday) at Er-Ma Kanlungan in San Pedro, Laguna. They house 44 children, ages range from 7 to 17 years old, Girls & Boys.

(Attached is the list of the children's names, ages, and education level)

We are planning to distribute a bag for each kid that may contain clothes, toiletries, academic books, educational reading materials, toys (they have a play area for small kids), school supplies, etc. depending on the kid’s age. Monetary Pledges will be greatly appreciated as well.

The kid’s are also in need of medicine, particularly for common colds, allergies, vitamins, etc.

Program will start at 1:00 pm. Advance Party leaves Manila at 8:00 am. Convoy for this project leaves Manila at 11:00 am. Parking will just be along the road, but we will have security to ensure our safety and the cars, too.

Please confirm your attendance on or before May 3 so that we can have a final headcount of the convoy and we can arrange the program setup. For those attending the event, we can arrange a snack potluck at the location itself or we can just set a snack-out somewhere in Laguna (or maybe Tagaytay Ü)

For those who would want to help us solicit for the event, feel free to contact me so I can send you a copy of the solicitation letter. You can have it signed (by AMP_Ghee) in one of the AutoMujeresPinas, NorthAutoClub, ClubAE tambay sessions.
