Na-itry mo na ba ilapit yan sa Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office? If you can show proof of unemployment or Low income baka wala ka nang bayaran sa hospital. Try mo muna yon in the meantime, mahirap din mag raise ng funds ng pa barya barya lang dahil di naman lahat masasabi mong maniniwala agad sayo or maaawa.

PCSO can be a good "takbuhan" proof of this is one of our drivers needed money for his wife's operation (tumor/goiter) wala syang halos binayaran because I issued a statement/affidavit na low income sya. Nagamit din nya ang SSS/Philhealth pero di masyado malaki yon.

Most Gov't hospitals have PCSO offices stationed in-house. IDK for private hospitals. If you say your friend is poor then hindi mo sya dapat inadmit sa private hospital, mahihirapan ka to get Govt aid.
