    As with other Endemol-produced shows (Big Brother, Deal Or No Deal), PDA is derived from Star Academy (also known as Operacion Triunfo and The One, among others). Sinadya talaga i-derive yung local versions from their foreign counterparts, that's why it's called a franchise.

    Besides, ganun din naman ginawa ng Channel 13 sa Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, another Endemol property.
