sa kanya lahat pumapasok ang pambudget sa mga bakal. and siya din ang nagpproduce nito, dahil nga sa steel company niya. lumalabas lang na mas mababa ang gagastusin niya kung siya na mismo ang magpproduce ng mga bakal.
i therefore conclude, more budget less gastos, more KICKBACK!
pero at least, pag pupunta na ko ng galleria, wala na halos traffic. malas lang kung gusto ko pumunta ng ortigas-greenhills via edsa. sakit lang talaga sa ulo.
Yeah, on some cases, ok lang naman siya, at least di hassle yung mga freaking bus na bigla nalang liliko a lalabas sa lane nila. I just hate all of them. Sarap businahan talaga! Haha! Ang napansin ko lang nga yung papuntang greenhills, sa may annapolis ata yun, parang ang hirap ata kung pupunta ka dun or dun ka manggaling, makakasabay mo yung mga baklang bus driver..
at least, I can go to SM North Edsa/Pricesmart under 15 mins, unlike before, it takes 3 full cycles of traffic light before I can cross edsa...

magandang idea yan na ikulong sa lane yung mga bus. the buses on the bus lane should be moving freely, not waiting for eternity, so unreasonably long wait times are primarily caused by the bus drivers themselves (or the LTFRB, since it can also mean that there are too many buses in Manila roads, which is probably true)
sure, it needs a few refinements (including providing more exits for private vehicles), and sure, there are also many private drivers and chauffeurs that are arrogant on the road, but ive noticed that traffic on edsa consistently bottlenecks (and the consequence from this bottlenecking is a traffic jam that stretches many kilometers, literally) at major bus stops, like megamall and guadalupe. and guess why?
Another thing I noticed, despite the fact that mmda placed timers (30 seconds allowed to wait) and personel at some bus stops, they just stand there and let the buses park for as long as they want. They should just increase the loading and unloading time to 1 minute or so pag viable then start ticketing those that take too long. 2 out of 3 buses wait longer than 4 minutes for getting passengers (based on my own experience).

true... for me, it's one indication that there are too many buses plying EDSA. dapat kasi hindi na pinapagbigyan yang si claire de la futek da yan e, kaya lang... alam niyo naman mga politico dito sa atin, kelangan ng bleeding-heart-for-the-needy image
Ok saken yang pink fences, pero dapat concrete ang gamitin tapus ala express na ang edsa na segregated ang lane according to ur speed...naalala ko nga noon may ogags na mototrist/driver na binanga yang concrete slabs, ayun! na total wreck, sabi nga ng driver akala daw nya nagaan yung block na parang cone...hayyy! bata pa talaga pinoy motorist kaya kelangan pa ng pamalo!..>>hehe
Dapat rin sa mga expressway strictly enforced yung Leftmost lane = passing lane, middle lanes 80-100kph and outer lanes slow vehicles 60kph and buses/trucks.
Ngayon kc leftmost = slow lane, middle = buses, outer = very fast and overtaking lane.
But then again, this is a different issue.
We should also have something similar to the US Highway Patrol... that should teach people a lesson. Kahit mga 10 of those patrol vehicles in metro manila would be good, Considering the amount of violators, there would be revenue from ticket collections.
Maybe we can start a private entity licensed by the govt. to catch erring drivers and impose fines based on LTO fines. Then we get 20% of the revenue. Is this possible?

We have different lanes for different things. In makati ave. no buses go to the other lane unless they are stopping. If they are, they have their own lane. People follow the dividers because they see a point.
Its not Fernando's fault people are too undisciplined to follow the rules. Is it easy to make rules for a people that think they are always being oppressed and at the same time too high to follow rules?
When i pass edsa i notice NO BUS is ever filled to 30 percent capacity. They are practically always empty MOST of the time.
Buses take up so much space when they change lanes especially when they decide to get out of the yellow lane to be swift and suddenly recklessly swerve back in.
