Pasta - White or Red Sauce?

this is usually asked on italian restos when you order a pasta (ex. sbarro's baked ziti).. to some, it might be a difficult pick coz they want both :question:.. but for some they could just easily stick to their favorite sauce..

i'll start.. i prefer white sauce (carbonara) coz i like it creamy.. but hubby prefers the red sauce (tomato) coz he wants it a little sour.. and if i'm going to cook pasta, i would prefer white sauce coz it's fast and very easy to prepare..

pesto al funghi < light cream base with olive oil

tomato salmon < uses fresh tomato and salmon flakes

salad pasta < not your usual mayo or cream based, makes use of aoili, either garlic fused aioli with orange is the best

tomato lover here... masyado malinamnam ang cream sa white kaya malakas makaumay, unlike sa tomato-based na di nakakasawa agad.

Depends sa resto, who's cooking and the other ingredients in the dish . But mas madalas ako red.. tomatoes yummm

I am not a pasta-lover as generally, they're 'bland' for my taste. However, when confronted, I'd take the red-sauce (tomato) anytime....

White sauce is not that tasty compared to the red ones... tsaka minsan yung nag wwhite sauce yung mga feeling sosyal... hahaha! ^_^
