Masakit sa ulo yan sa totoo lang, tapos yun ibang investors ang maiipit pag hindi sila kumita.

Based from experience Bwisit na mga iyan.

BTW, mabuti na-aalala mo pa ako, nagkasabay tayo sa Q. Ave last week. Hehe, usap tayo pag kailangan ko ng advice

actually, 49% of common stock lang ang binenta ni Yang but he relinquished chairmanship to Andrew Tan. Matagal na silang mag partners. pareho silang minority owners of each others business before 2005

McDonalds USA ang may say dito. As the Philippine franchisee, Mcdo philippines is bound by the franchise agreement which includes renovations every so number of years. Sa ibang fastfood, every 3 years dapat. Im not sure sa Mcdo.

An interesting trivia: McDo Philippines is the only franchisee in Asia to be wholly owned by the master franchisee (McDo Philippines). McDo Philippines has one of the largest operations worldwide The rest in Asia is either partly owned or wholly owned by McDo Corp of the US
