Andrew tan = megaworld = mcdonalds. Look at mcdo right now, they expanded sa lahat ng nearby provinces ngaun securing all those lucrative corner primelots.

mcdonalds is megaworld's cashflow. Coz meron ba mcdo na tumatanggap ng credit card? That's pure cash earning business. And that's why megaworld is better investment
