April 23rd, 2012 05:45 PM #21No need to put Disneyland, malapit lang ang HK kasi, so the attractions will be the same. Dapat ang itayo nila ibang theme parks. Sana magkaroon sa pinas nang WB movie world.

Gawin nalang isang Mega Super Mall of Asia ng SM ang Clark; baka mas kumita pa.
They'd do better to making it a competitive logistics hub and aircraft maintenance facility if you ask me. Lagyan na rin nila ng ala-Smithsonian museum if they want.

AFAIK, meron na ata SM Mall malapit sa Clark or just near the entrance. Having an international repair hub for aircraft is nice, except that you won't be generating tourist arrivals on a regular basis.
Chaka, ok yun theme park or Smithsonian. At least, the USA can legitimately claim there's American interests which could be affected if the Chinese become trigger-happy. They can't mess with Mickey Mouse, that's for sure!

Complete with Pasay Traffic boys awaiting unfamiliar and unsuspecting motorists to pounce on for "swerving".
Something SM has been quite good at doing in the last decade or so.
Or perhaps sell it to the South Koreans so they can build one, big Korean town with all the schools and golf courses they would want... and maybe a Samsung and Hyundai factory.
Kung may Smithsonian type museum, we can even use the donated artifacts for our Armed Forces Modernization program.
