    Hay. No alternative but to conserve fuel. Buti sana kung gas lang tataas. Apektado pati lubricants. Tataas din panigurado pasahe at delivery costs.

    actually, PLATTS hit $80 per barrel already last week for gasoil (diesel).

    May mangilan-ilan na mga taxi na sa atin na LPG ang gamit instead of gas. Sa taas ng presyo ng gas/diesel, it's about time na siguro to switch to LPG as gas alternative. Sabi sa ANC, it will cost you about P30k to convert your engine, para makagamit ka ng LPG, as fuel. Sa Korea, marami nang LPG fed vehicles. Kung pwede sa iba, bakit di natin gawin din dito sa atin. Mas mura ang LPG, compared to gas, weekly panay ang rollback.

    Yun nga lang, eh, ano ba ang PROS and CONS kung LPG ang gamit sa mga sasakyan natin?

    matibay daw yung tank ng LPG, so less probability of an explosion, even in an accident.

    well, that's according to the site (forgot, i'[m sure someone else here knows about it).

    anlaki din pala ng tank na yun.

    Baka pag nag-switch naman tayo sa LPG, bumaba naman ang price ng gasoline & diesel. Hay buhay... dapat magmass-produce na ng hybrid cars or alternative fuel supply

    mining stocks are up coz of demand for metals. Copper is way up. steel is also up.

    the rise in oil price now is coz of geo-political concerns. Iran is taunting the US with its nuke plans.

    Speculators are betting Iran will use oil as a weapon (stop oil exports causing a major disruption in global supply) if the US takes action against Iran.

    van_wilder, siguro may share ka sa stocks ng oil.. hehehe share naman kung kanino ko pwede bumili.. sino bang nag so-stock dito? ok ba earnings nito (pandagdag kita lang, instead na sa bank i-dposit na wala naman kwenta kasi 1% lang ang interest)
