i would love to see a theme park instead, given the fact that is near the airport and they can just stretch the skyway para mas accessible. Either way, condos are lesser evil than a squatter area ... Pero di kaya another bubble itong real state boom sa Metro?

I don't think prices will increase when they transfer, they can't do that...prices are dependent on international/world price...

nasa 30 hectares lang siguro yun pandacan depot...too small for an airport at di pwede airport dun residential area paligid...

pwede siguro sila sa bataan or bulacan beside manila bay....
