MANILA, Philippines – Classes in the entire National Capital Region (NCR) have been suspended due to tropical depression “Juaning,” the Department of Education (DepEd) said Tuesday.
Dr. Elena Ruiz of the Department of Education - NCR said classes at all levels (pre-school, elementary and high school) in the region were suspended.
Ruiz also asked schools to send their pupils and students home before 12 noon.
Earlier this morning, the DepEd announced that all classes in the Bicol region and Lipa City, Batangas were suspended due to heavy rains and strong winds brought by tropical depression Juaning.

Due to inclement weather, afternoon classes in UST Law School are also suspended. Suspension up to college level was earlier announced..

Announced as of 3:30pm, today's color-coding scheme has been lifted. Dunno if it's also lifted in Makati Republic. May possibility that the storm will hit M Manila... Be prepared!
