January 5th, 2005 01:14 PM #62right on the money... 50% raise nga ang offer... plus car plan & car maintenance allowance. eksakto lang kasi na may job vacancy - hirap rin pumasok sa ABS-CBN (sabi nung iba kailangan mo pa raw ng backer). plus, medyo maganda yung sabi ni theveed about looking at your job as your money-maker and not after the title or colleagues...
parang iniisip ko lang na nakakahiyang mag resign dito (dahil nga kaka rehire pa lang nila sa akin... wala pang 1 year!). pero kasi maganda ang work environment dito sa Sun Cellular since pati mga executives kilala ko and medyo down-to-earth naman.
malaman ko by Friday siguro ang decision since kausapin ako ng CFO ng ABS tomorrow for final interview... then kausapin ko na rin ang boss ko dito after that...
thanks again for your advice... (para akong pingpong ball between Sun & ABS)... hehehe

kaya nga tayo nag ta trabaho is bcoz of what we can earn.
If the current company(sun) thinks na you are an asset then let them prove na your worthy of the job by giving what abs can offer.
about naman the enviroment, you always suggest a new and better system sa ABS.
and eventually, you will know people better - i say you go sa ABS if your current company cannot give what others can offer. IMHO

nag repost na lang ulit ako dito nung ang ABS-CBN na ang mag rehire sa akin...
right now am leaning towards going to ABS-CBN...
