1. it's nearer to your place
2. 50% increase in compensation
3. i believe you're getting tired of the job in sun
4. there is a greater chance for you to advance your career in abs-cbn

I think TEBS hit a nail here... Kung satisfied ka sa current job mo you probably wouldn't even bring the ABS-CBN job up.

For them pag pwede ka lamangan gagawin nila.

Ito example may ni order kami sa kanila at 45 pesos per kilo tapos bumaba yun price ng 40 nakiusap sila wag daw namin cancel yun order and pinagbigyan namin tapos hindi pa nila na dedeliver tumaas yun price ng 55 ang sabi sa amin hindi na daw nila honor yun back order namin at 45 pesos kasi daw sobra taas na and if gusto daw namin we have to order exact same quantity at the new price 55 para bigay nila sa amin yun back order namin at old price na 45 para mag average kami ng 50 pesos (yan ang mga ugali ng Gokongwei's)

Lipat ka nalang sa ABS at least better compensation at malapit sa house mo.

Well, for all who wish to know, medyo oppressive nga yung company policies dito with regards sa employees, pero i'm in Marketing and John is in IT. Iba yung environment namin.

Ang dami kasing opportunities dito sa department ko.... too sweet to pass up. Iba yung mga connections na na build up ko in just a short span of time. Kung long term, personally, im better off staying here.

anyway, mas malaki talaga ang compensention kung lilipat ka ng company. Tatlo sa company namin na mga PM nag reisgn. They were begged to come back and with a 50% salary increase.

Established na ang mga higher mgmt ng ABS, kaya medyo mahirap yata ang promotion[?] Kaya dapat ang salary offer sayo, isang malaking bagsak agad.

My piece lang, I'd rather stick sa telco industry. Mas malayo mararating mo when it comes to your career. ABS-CBN might have a better compensation package, but career wise, I think your advancement in telco industry will be more bright.
