    banawe rice terraces are not properly maintained, there are govt support in papers however in reality malaki na siguro yung 1% of the said budget ang napupunta sa preservation...

    there are many good ancient house, great structures, artifact, here in the philippines, thing is, rich mogols buy them and sold them abroad to foreigner collectors for a big sum=)

    thats how life is =p
