    I'm starting to think that having a gun is now necessary Can you shoot that person if he aims that large metal rod on your car?

    you cannot shot unless there is a direct threat to your life... rules of engagement... having DUTERTE as a president is much better...

    Alam ko unless your life is in danger, you can't kill the other person. Siguro kung bukas bintana mo at ipapasok nya na yung tubo sa bintana.

    This mess in society are creating a crime of extortion thus in a absence in law enforcer, citizen arrest may be applied thus if they don't give up, pwede mong barilin yan to incapacitate lang, not to kill. Pwede din sagasaan and let the insurance take care of the rest of these mader fockers.

    If you do run one of them over, just make sure the way ahead is clear para makatakas. Who knows how many of these goons are hiding close by? I doubt they'd be brave enough to do it as just a pair.

    You can't blame them. kumakalampag ang sikmura nila or addict sa drugs kaya't kapit sa patalim. 5 years ago may nakausap miso akong taong grasa, kahit na daw i-salvage pa sila sa gawaing masama ay okay lang, keysa naman mamatay habang nakatirik ang mga mata nila.

    I blame them. Maghanap sila ng pagkakakitaan na matino. Sa daan nakakakita ako basa na ng ulan at babad sa usok nagtitinda pa. I have respect for those people. Those criminals are young and able bodied.
