Consider a third alternative: you and your future family go overseas.
Think of your future children. Do you want raise them in a third world country or a first world country?

ayun naman pala. i was about to say kasi paano kung di talaga mag-take off yung entertainment city dito? pero in 5 years naman siguro, you would know na if magfold-up ba itong project na ito. and anyway by that time... pa-retire ka na talaga. hehe.
alam mo iba talaga rito sa pinas, esp. with financial status such as yours. abroad kasi, you have a house, car, parang necessity lang talaga yun doon. dito, if you have those... iba na tingin sa iyo. ibang level ka. like my friends in qatar, lahat sila mga naka big body SUV's, which would have been just a pipe dream if they stayed here. but i am quite sure they would have enjoyed an older big body corolla here or our workhorse honda city before than their present rides. their main consideration in staying there is yun nga, makaipon lang talaga. so it's more fun to enjoy the fruits of your labor in the phils.
