Need Advise on Construction Noise

To our legal minds in the group or those who are in the public sector or public service - your two cents worth please.

Are there laws or ordinances against (particularly in Quezon CIty) wherein 24-hour or weekend construction work causing a lot of noise in residential areas?
Eastwood City construction work noise is driving us crazy....
If yes, who implements them? Which is the proper office to complain to?

i don't belong to the groups u mentioned above but sa barangay chairman muna siguro yan dapat sabihin. try talking to ur neighbors na magcomplain din sila, siguro naman pati sila ay naiistorbo din. pag wala aksyon sa barangay, diretso na sa city engineer's office...
