Yung TV is 120W na!!??!!

    Tulong naman dyan! TIA!!!

I think the 110V Transformer can work on those appiances.... Just buy from Ace Hardware, Handyman, DIY shops....

Just a suggestion....Im no electrician pero kung halos lahat naman ng gamit mo 120V baka mas makabubuti siguro sir kung ipaconvert mo yung iba mong mga saksakan into the same voltage.

After a few minutes namamatay na.

You might want to make your own 110v line - our 220v line is actually a 110 + 110 set-up. If you ground one line and only one line is live, the output is 110v na.

Yung 120v na appliance will work on a 110v line kasi ang 220v line natin minsan na spike to 240v.

Sa ground line, we simply push a metal rod sa lupa (about a meter long) and attach the wire to it. If you check the voltage of this 110v configuration line mag show ito ng 110v. It is generally stable if you are in major cities.

I suggest also to consult a qualified electrician if you'r converting your whole house into 110v.

Marami rin kaming gamit na 110V pero we are using wildthing's suggestion.

Tinester ko na sir, talagang 110V yung output. Baka kinakapos lang talaga tapos namamatay na. Lahat kasi ganun nangyari, mapa-TV, alarmclock, telepono.

    Thanks guys!!!

You don't have to go to Raon if you're looking for Step-down(220/240 - 110/120V) transformer.

Nearby electronics shops should have one of those in their stocks.

With regards to the 110v conversion on your house, be sure that the main source is a 110-110 and not 0-220.

AFAIK ung base ng AVR ay tranformer pa rin naman na 220v in and 220/110v ang out....the 110v out probably can be rewound to 120v instead of 110v.

Another option is rewind the internal transformer ng appliance mo. I-convert to accept 220v instead of 120v. Yung isang binili ko ng Japan surplus na TV, ganun lang ginawa ng technician...ni-rewind ang tranformer wire from input of 110v ginawa na niyang 220v. This time its the primary coil ang minodify niya not the secondary coil.

sa akin when my uncle gave me a set of medical instrumets, 110v siya..buti na lang yung mga avr's natin dito may 110v na plug.

yung monitor ng mga pc natin, its best if you put it in a separate plug and not dun sa likod ng mga pc natin (power supply) para di nahihirapan yung power supply nyo. just a tip.

not true ... the monitor outlet on the back of pc power supply is directly connected (sometimes via L-C filter) to the ac input ... the p.s. electronics is solely dedicated to provide dc power for the pc ... samakatuwid, hindi nahihirapan ang power supply kahit nakakonekta ang monitor so likod nito

Baka naman autovolt na yung TV... the other appliances, well, either sila ang ipa-convert mo or yung mga outlets, tama silang lahat.

hindi dapat nagkaka problema yun, ordinary stepdown transformer will do.
if the tv is 120w use 250w transformer or higher. if you use 150w transformer ,the tv will work but the transformer may not last long coz it will heat up easily.
ps: dont but transformer yun may casing. usaully kulang sila sa wattage.

    Update:

OT: Yung PSP na uwi ko made in the Philippines pala

NAKUPO..... 120V na pala ngayon
