People take to the MRT to avoid the traffic caused by too much buses along EDSA.

This is good. But BRTs require a dedicated road lane. IF this one has it, then it is all good.

    Diba kay Chavit yung Genesis?

That is a good alternative it seems, non-stop, point A to point B lang. Hope it can help rid also of those pesky buses on the road at huwag lang may makulit na pasahero na nagpupumilit bumaba sa ibang stop.

Madadagdagan but in a way, the bus is constantly moving and will only stop at two points so it should not contribute much to the traffic caused in choke points such as Cubao, Shaw and Guadalupe. People still take the buses because the MRT is waaaay over it's capacity so definitely having a point A to B direct line can be a good alternative for commuters. Being a car user, I abhor more buses on the road but i also feel sorry for those who have no choice but to commute every day. When i see our staff arrive in the morning, they're already drained just from the commute which takes them two hours at the average.

Yeah, our MRT/LRT lines are not similar. Heck, i still find it stupid that the EDSA MRT designed and made "at grade" when it should be elevated.
