tama lang na ganyan kalaki yung tank.
These large fish can reach up to 9 feet in length and weigh 300 pounds. They feed on smaller fish, reptiles, and insects. Arapaimas have great vision, and hunt near the surface of the water. If they see something desirable out of the water, they can shoot out and grab it.

Gulat din ako when I saw 3 5ft fish swimming sa shallow pond dun...
May malaking sign nga dun not to extend arms hehe...
Parang Arowana din ata sila...

If you see dolphins jumping from the water during exhibitions, the arowanas and arapaimas retarct their long slender bodies similar to a snake in a zigzag form and then suddenly straighten their body so that it will propel itself out of the water and reach their preys hanging from the branches of trees.
