Related to payola / lagay...

hindi lang sa mga buses yan.. although buses kasi pinaka visible along EDSA... but all over the metropolis... kahit sa provinces.. mga delivery trucks.. big or small... mag deliver ka to provinces.. daan ka ng mga highway.. ang daming humaharang sa kalsada.. kanya kanyang checkpoints (TMG, LTFRB, LTO, LGU).. hindi ka palagpasin pag di ka mag abot... all these costs add on to the cost of delivery... which will pass on to product cost...

bukod pa to sa annual permit na you have to apply from all the provinces you pass (provincial government through local government code allows province to tax trucks annually)....
