Missing OR/CR

Guys I need an advice my rides is due for registration renewal. Problem is I lost my Original OR/CR. I understand that they don't need CR for renewal but OR is a must. I got a photo copy of my OR do you think they will honored this.

I believe you can easily get a replacement CR from the LTO office where you last registered. If I remember it correctly, they charge something like P300. Here are the procedures and requirements:
