No that has not happened. But i fail to see what you're driving at.

If a beaten boxer was declared winner instead of Pacquiao, soundly beaten at that, i don't think fans would react the way you think: they would accept the mistake as it is, because clearly an honest mistake has been made.

apparently, Columbia is saying something like "the crown must be respected", what it means is the crown shouldn't be taken off. and 2 Columbian law firm are going to file lawsuit for this. And Ms Columbia is saying that she is the winner.

This is just sad for Columbia. They need to move on. The earlier the better.
