imho, Ms. Colombia sounded more confident in the Q&A portions. Pia' answers sounded more like cookie-cutter, textbook responses, and there's noticeable "kaba" in her voice....

-- the lettering for COLOMBIA doesn't seem consistent with the other fonts on the card
-- there's some smudging just underneath the word "COLOMBIA" that i can't quite make out, but it seems unlikely that there would be words printed underneath "COLOMBIA". It's possible that it says "PHILIPPINES" in small fonts, and the photochopper couldn't just cut the text out(too obvious), kaya ni-blur na lang.

the bigger question is "who is holding that card and where and when was the photo taken?" it could be anybody and the card could have been printed out after the event and a photo taken of it to sow intrigue

This amateur video uploaded by a spectator right after the Coronation Night contains the reactions of other Miss Universe 2015 candidates to Pia Wurtzbach.

They were screaming, comforting, and supporting Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez after host Steve Harvey announced the real winner and apologized for his mistake.

On the video, Pia with the crown tried to reach out and showed concern for Ariadna but she couldn’t get past the other candidates who blocked her way. Pia was later led away from the stage.

The latter part of the video shows the Latina candidates supporting Araidna Gutierrez. Some of them were Ms. Montenegro Maja Cukic, Ms. Venezuela Mariana Jimenes, and Ms. Angola Whitney Shikongo. These girls are some of the contestants seen on the video consoling Ariadna and somebody advised Pia “to step back.”


In spite of the reactions of the three Latina candidates, the judges stuck with their decision. Pia deserves the crown for being kind and down-to-earth.

After watching the video, some netizens became angry and even called the Latinas “bitches.”
