apparently a woman died while lining up at some hospital. on the surface it would appear like a story of negligence, but looking in deeper, the woman died of rabies, after she was bitten in November

Inisip ko agad na namatay yung ale sa rabies dahil pumila pa sa Cebu City Health Center para sa injections at ni hindi man lang inagapan.
Inquirer at ABS-CBN (sorry po sa mga fans nila.. no intention of hurting someone) mahilig mag spin :tounge2: ng ganitong headlines to the detriment of those involved..and the truth itself...sana baguhin naman na ang ganitong style... :confused:
