seriously, to be considered 'mayaman', a person should have:

*his very own House & Lot.
*a couple of not so old or bnew cars
*profitable business w/ capital of at least 3-5M
*spare cold hard cash just sitting around in a bank or mutual fund in the amount of at least 5-10M

if any less than that ay middle class lang IMO
