added to the fact din na uso racial discrimination sa ibang bansa, hindi lang pinapublicize pero ramdam mo pag nandun ka na!

agree ako sa sinabi mo, malungkot talaga diyan. i've been in the middle east for the last 6 years and I went home every 4 months as per my contract with paid month vacation, free ticket, & other travel expenses etc pa. un nga lang talagang titiisin mo ung lungkot against dollar.Originally Posted by prinsipe

i'm now here in LA, Ca. for about 3 weeks, grabe pala talaga ang tax dito. imagine my federal tax pa lang about 636 us dollars na. samantalang diyan sa middle east net ang sweldo na matatanggap mo. but of course it all depends on how you will.......... spend your......... HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
kahit second class blah blah blah lang ako dito sa US Id rather stay here, I have a decent job.
Diyan sa Pinas kahit anong kayod ko di ako makakabili ng blah blah blah.
i've lived all around the US and made my home in 5 states (MA, CA, DC, VA, and FL) and i never felt any type of discrimination...except for a short time when i was in Jacksonville, Fla...footang ina nilang lahat!! :seeth:Originally Posted by zidane21

Being a Navy brat, I have never experienced any discrimination in all the states that I lived in when we were living in America back then thank God. But that was long ago and times have changed. Today, every now and then youll be hearing racism everywhere you go, the most recent are those people living in Lousiana. But what really bothers me are stories that even fellow pinoys are the ones who discriminate you and bring you down, now whats up with that?![]()
oh, i forgot about that. now that, i get all the time :swear:Originally Posted by voltes_V

One thing for sure is that it's boring in Canada. not sure in Australia tho.hahahahaha.
Canada is not only boring , the unmeployment rate is twice that of the US.
i thought they are looking for immigrants to populate their cities? that gave me the impression that jobs are waiting for people too. Hindi pala...
tho BOWLING FOR COLUMBINE showed that crime is almost nil in Canada. everyone leaves their front doors unlocked.... all the time.
Boring too in Australia. Walang gaanong gimmick na tulad sa Pinas.Originally Posted by bad driver

Remember Carlos Celdran? The guy the CBCP sued for offending religious belief, Tour Guide in Intramuros and the cousin of David Celdran of ANC Executive Class.
CARLOS CELDRAN
It seems that I'm still getting inquiries for tours, shows, projects and recommendations around Manila:
So #ICYMI, everyone.
I have migrated to Spain. I am not here for a vacation, I am not here for a project, I am not on a sabbatical.
My father is an EU citizen so I have decided to leave the country permanently and pursue residency and eventual settlement here in the mother country of the Celdran surname.
But If you are coming to Spain, I would love to show you around Madrid. But as for now. Sorry. No Intramuros tours, no VivaManila events, no performances and no, I am not coming back anytime soon. There are many players in Intramuros now. Give them a call! They're all great. The VivaManila page is also still alive and kicking and The Living Room 24 in Malate is handling all art projects.
My next chapter has begun. Watch this space.
Thanks and big hugs from Madrid to you all.
