usually ung interest mag tinker ng car naguumpisa yan late teens to early 20s eh

back then i'd go to a shop in banawe that modifies cars and watch the mechanics work

alam niyo ung mga toyota starlet na pang slalom? Toyota 2TG engines, weber side draft carburetors, limited slip differentials...

from then on naging hilig ko mag kalikot ng kotse

pag may nagtanong sakin paano pabilisin ang car ang sagot ko lagi "palitan ng makina" hehe

ang di ko gets is.... so a guy reaches middle age and all of sudden he realizes "hey i wanna tinker with cars"

    sorry i don't get it

sabi kasi ng isang pastor dun sa may amin, pag may wounds ka as in deep soul wounds, magnet ka sa mga espiritu na gumagala aka lost souls. so kung banker sya. pero burnout, malamang may deep reasons kumbakit ayaw nya magbanking na hence the wounds,

so baka may sumanib sa kanya na espiritu na mahilig cars

I'd want a Scrambler too, or maybe even just a Yamaha MT07. My wife vehemently disagrees.

Wait till he goes back to the casa for regular maintenance. He'll feel more alive when the bill comes.

Yung regular change oil mas mahal pa sa kotse

Have a friend na bangga side mirror. Palit isang piraso. 12.5k for that mirror.

Oh well, price to pay for having a duc. Ganda naman daw tunog.

yes of course it's about money

as the saying goes (if there's really such a saying)... when you have mid-life crisis you either get a sports car or a young girlfriend but in the long run the car will cost less money to maintain
