i'm more of a night owl...i usually go to bed between 12 and 1 am, and sometimes stay up until 2 am. the weird thing is, i usually can't sleep beyond 8 am.

While my son is awake nobody sleeps. He usually gets tired around 12-1 AM.

But am trying to change my habits to sleep earlier than that since I usually wake up at 5-530am.
10pm dapat nasa bed na kami. Then baka tulog na kami by 11pm :hihihi:

see, like tonight...2 am na dito sa east coast hindi pa makatulog. the killer red wine headache doesn't help either. naka isang bote yata ako

since i started working, i sleep between 10pm to 12mn. aga pa kse gising the next day eh.. but back in college, night person tlga ako. if i'm not working on school projects, i read novels or use my pc or use the phone.. now, i only stay up late during friday and saturday nights.
Pero most of the time kapag nasa overseas trips ako (like now), 11pm-1am due to work. Pero, 7am naman ang gising ko. L

sleep at 12-2AM wake up at 6:00AM. Sunday to Friday.
Bawi na lang ako during the day with some quick naps habang may byahe. Pag hindi kaya, coffee and cigs.
Maraming lumalabas na daga kapag madaling-araw kaya kalimitan gising ako ng ganung time. Masarap ding mag-bungkal ng pagkain pag tulog na yung mga tao sa bahay.
between 12 midnight to 2:00 AM, but my biological clock is naka set na at about 7:00 AM, kahit na 5:00 AM na ako nakatulog nun. Bumabawi na lang ako ng quick naps of 10 to 15 minutes pag lunch break.

usually mga 9 antok na ako, but the call of playing sa xbox or watching something sa Jack TV, AXN or Star World usually keeps me up until 11ish... my son wakes me up every morning at around 7am
between 12-1am. pero slowly kong binabago. kasi ang aga ko na gumising para ihatid ang tsikiting sa school.
I'm usually asleep by 9 p.m. because the kids have to be asleep by this time also. I wake up at 5:30 a.m. and I often take a 30 minute nap after lunch.
