ang mahirap naman kung murder ang charges eh baka matalo ang kaso. or baka sa fiscals office pa lang ibaba na sa homicide. the victims family should try to be realistic sa kaso nila. i understand na mas gusto nila yung heavier offense ang ikaso pero syempre "injustice" din naman yun on both parties kung guilty man or not ang kalabasan ng kaso.
