eto po yung medical requirements when applying VISA to another country..

may i ask saan ka nagpa-medical and physical exam (kung pwede sana what hospital/institution)? and ano yung mga kasama sa package? were laboratory exams included and what laboratory exams were they? did you get an executive check-up?
