hehe, galing magkwento. but on the serious side, this shows what kind of *$%^%^ government we have. parating kapos na nga collection ng taxes nila, pinapahirapan pa ang mga may balak magbayad. no wonder some guys just choose not to pay their taxes, with these kind of government employees, they don't deserve their salaries!
