Like pool, separate room for home theater, large library, steam bath, jacuzzi, helipad, backyard rollercoaster, robot sentry, gaming room, basement garage, attic *** club, etc.

i'm most proud of the home theater/gaming room i built out of one of the rooms in my house.

what do i wish i had? nothing too special...maybe a swimming pool. maybe it's time to use some of that home equity built up during the real estate boom years to put one in. pero balita ko sobrang hassle daw i maintain

that's a big deal...i think you need to tear down your whole house and relay the foundation to do that. chaka paano kung baha?

actually, ganyan din ang size ng lot namin.. and we have basement parking (8 cars). pero when the house was built, kasama na yun.. yun nga lang, nandito na din located ang projected game-room namin. hehehe

kaya mukhang malabo magpalagay nyan.

ako sana i would want to have my own space. yung hindi ako pwedeng guluhin ng asawa't anak ko. a place where i can work and mind my own business.

kaya lang townhouse lang eh..... kulang sa space....

the only advantage that we have sa house is that:

a) walking distance sa church
b) less than 1km away from my kid's school (elizabeth seton), and walking distance sya sa other schools (Bloomfield and STI Elementary)
c) lapit sa SM Southmall
d) lapit din sa ATC
e) lapit din sa office ni esmi
f) pag tinamad magluto, nasa tapat lang namin si Vibang (owned by a tsikoteer too... heheheh).

yung kay vinz (balckmagic) the whole ground floor parking area with small bodega sa dulo, so maluwag kung may gagawin ka sa oto or kung gusto mo mag pa-party, tinaasan na lang nila yun kasi bahain yung kalsada nila. mga 750 din lot size nila...

things I would like to have in my home:
-alternative power system so I could save on the cost of electricity and still have power even if it's a black out.
-dedicated video game room with 5.1 dolby surround sound and vibra-feedback command seat.
-voice command doors and lights (and other stuff like fans, aircon, tv, etc.)
-two or more hidden caches of classic & modern weapons, accessible only by handscan or retina scan.
-jay leno's garage complete with car collection.
-"harem-on-call" function

thats easy to do and relatively cheap too... just a wifi router and an aftrnoon shopping at ACE hardware or Handyman DIY stores.
