LET'S START
1.Decide how many days a week you like to make Love
2. Multiply it by 50.
3. Add 44 to the result.
4. After multiply it by 200
5. If your birthday is already passed add 104 otherwise add 103 to the result.
6. The Last Step.......
Subtract your year of birth (ex. 1979, 1989) from the result.
After it has been subtracted, you should get a result with 5 figures.
+ The FIRST of the five figures gives you the number of times you'd like to make love for a week.. Wait... wait .. it's not finished....
+ The Last 2 figures give your age..
+ The 2nd and 3rd figures will give you "the position you prefer while making LOVE "

The number of times you like to make love is a variable, so let us denote it as X. When you multiplied that with 50 and then later on multiplied with 200, in effect you multiplied by 10,000 that variable. Therefore, whatever number you deem as the number of times you want to make love will become the ten thousands digit or the first number in that 5-digit number.
Same thing with the age, the same process will result to either 8904 or 8903 where you will subtract the year of your birth, thereby producing your age in the last two digits of that 5-digit number.
