baka naman,
besides the mall, what else does ayala have there?

also, while in some malls, one car-4 or 5 people,
sa ayala, one car-one person?

I know a few people working sa Double Dragon who parks their cars sa Ayala Manila Bay.

Flat rate sila pareho ng MOA.
Ayala is only 300meters farther (walking).

Pero after office, mas ma-traffic to exit MOA compared to Ayala.
