CON ng Megamall aside from the hellish parking e it's so big! Can anyone really suyod Megamall leisurely?

We used to go to Megamall Saturday morning after my night shift. You have to be there at the parking lot before opening of 10am para maluwag. Madali lang mag hanap ng shop using Google. Just Google the shop and the address will give you which building (A or B) and which level, from there madali na hanapin since it's a squarish mall.

Kahit per hour may nagoaoark pa rin na office? Baka kailangan first 4 hours usual price, 5th hour and up should be doubled. Siguro naman walang shopper na umiikot ng mall ng more than 4 hours.

Laking megamall ako. Naiikot kong buo naman ang megamall kasi isang rectangle lang sya halos. Sa parking naman, never pa ko inabot ng 10 minutes yata sa paghahanap ng parking slot. Dun ako lagi sa ilalim ng fashion hall nagpapark.

nag lrt-2 ako going cubao gateway. Ang masasabi ko eh ang dami babae nagcocommute.

Tapo mga telephone operator ang babata pa sariwa kaso mga utong-agad body type.

ito araneta center dapat magkaroon ng locker business kasi its the commuter capital of the philippines. Iba pa yung pinakacenter yung aurora blvd corner araneta avenue dahil lusot mo agad san juan & manila kaya mga major household business dito pumupwesto. From mezza condominium to puregold qi, that short stretch count how many banks na tabi-tabi. Pati nga punerarya nanjan.

ang bilis ng kilos ko na walang dala na kotse. Pero natataasan ako sa pamasahe 20pesos from vmapa station. Nung pumila ako para kuha card eh yung sa harap ko talagang busising-busisi kasi tipid pamasahe. Nafefeel ko madami gusto mura ang commute.

Ako na nagsasabi sa inyo pag nagkaroon sa sides ng lrt-2 na bikelane madami magbibike kasi wala gastos paandarin bike. Kaya ang vision ko sa pinas maging minimal expense ang daily commute.

Pero ulitin ko na cubao dapat may locker business.

Matagal na Applebee's sa BGC but for some reason it didn't click. I'm waiting for Cheesecake factory pero even in the US it's a bit pricier than other chain restaurants. I wonder how they will price it here

yung bgc suki yan ng mga hindi nagclick na kainan. Ako sobrang bihira pumunta , ang last ata year 2015 pa ata.

Ilan ang kainan na nagtagal jan na lagpas 5years

i prefer my chicken, 'ala max's or kfc fried.

Normal yan sa restaurants or bars (except for fast food) Those that stay for decades ang exception. Maiksi ang life span ng restaurants/bars

I love chick fil a!!!! It's not just the food but the service as well. A+ I don't chicken sandwich much. I order their chicken nuggets. Sarap din the sauce that they are so generous with.

the setup ng bgc paano kikita ang init ng alfresco tiis ganda. Gagana yan pag day & night malamig temperature.

ang usually mahilig tumambay sa alfresco yung mga naka-ahon sa kahirapan na mrs hahaha talagang flaunt mag tanning.

From what I remember watching a documentary, they take expansion slow and they have little debt, they started expansion using only profit. Then they are picky on choosing a franchise applicant, although their franchise fee is cheaper than McDonald's.

When I heard that I thought this would never reach Philippines.

May social life ka ba nung teens and 20s mo? That's a normal phenomenon ALL OVER especially with night spots. Maiksi ang shelf life, tinuro din yan sa school bukod sa apparent naman talaga if one observes. Once another hip place opens up, lipat na mga tao UNLESS you have something exceptional na babalik balikan ng mga tao. Restaurants are similar. So hindi lang yan sa BGC. Also, ano ba kala ko sa BGC? Puro high street? Dami daming airconditioned malls sa BGC.

Sa Spanish group ko, we ALWAYS choose al fresco even pre pandemic. I prefer fresh open air, and yes gusto ko naarawan ako dahil bihira ako maarawan. Hindi kami pawisin kasi naliligo kami araw araw. Plus hindi kami takot umitim.
