    Did you know that they pay 1 year rent in full??? Not monthly ha, may it be house or store, 1 year bayad na, kaya mas gusto ng ibang tenant yung mga mainlander.

    A few months back, may pinakilala sa akin na chinese, she's a real estate agent but she's selling condos sa mga mainlander, sometimes I see her post sa wechat, mostly na condo na binebenta nya ay sa BCG and Makati area.

    Saw a post sa SSC forum na yung Estancia Extension will open by next month... i guess the workers there are working triple time to finish the mall.

    malungkot yang mall na yan.. kailangan nila nang more office buildings para dumami ang foot traffic..

    ang dami nang nagsara dyan.. nagsara na yung Debenhams..

    5pm pa lang kala mo closing time na sa loob nang mall.. walang katao tao..

    gawin na lang nature park yan capitol commons ala lamesa eco park. Pag punta ako jan usually around 12am nandoon ako sa open area doon sa may nagjojogging pero ako nakaupo umiinom milkteh. Tahimik kasi kaya gusto ko tapos mahangin pa.

    Bale silang dalawa ng updiliman ganyan ako. Peaceful.

    Basta yung may open space na pwede magrelax tapos selected lang negosyo. Kakhti magentrace pa sila basta lots of greeneries.

    Wala na mangyayari na puro mall puro community mall. Bagsak nyan eh sale dadami lang outlet store. Mag-iba kayo ng laban. Ganyan tinalo ng mikteh ang coffee. You cannot beat coffee ng another coffee shops/.

    Agree ako dito.
    Maliban lang dun sa cofee at milk tea part. Hehe

    Open space with trees is good. A break from the concrete jungle nga. Kahit lagyan pa nila ng mga food stalls. Maintenance lang is hardinero at taga linis overall ng park.

    ni project nila kasi as upscale.. wala tuloy pupumunta..

    tsaka panget location.. hindi naman sya transportation hub.. so talagang sasadyain mo kung pupunta ka don..

    kahit yung Unimart hindi din masyadong pumatok..

    Okay na kami ni Myas wag na ito dumugin mala SM na dumog he he he

    Pero agree konti talaga tao, shops / restos come and go.

    Dito ka pupunta para kumain at may bilhin lang, hindi siya pang stroll para magpatay ng oras like other malls.

    Okay din mag grocery sa Unimart, sa taas dami na din shops.

    Parang SM ang pupuwesto doon sa expansion?

    Lintek kase traffic sa Shaw kaya hassle sadyain, ang tao pupunta na lang ng Shang / Megamall or Ayala 30th kesa doon sa Capitol Commons.

    While it may not have much foot traffic on weekdays, madami naman siyang tao pag weekends. My guess is that, pag nagbukas na yung extension ay dadami na rin ang tao sa mall.

    I'm thinking also the same of Rockwell pag weekdays (hindi rin siya masyadong napupuntahan dahil sa lack of public transpo going there, IMO). Same goes to Century City mall, I think.

    Pag weekdays kasi kaunti lang talaga. Pag weekends maraming napunta. Same goes sa unimart. At least convenient for me kaysa pumunta pa sa convenience store.

    nung bagong bukas ang Unimart dyan kami nag grocery.. nung free pa parking..

    limited ang mga items.. madaming wala... yung ibang brands wala.. kaya balik kami sa Robinson Forum..
