Based from the pictures from this article, maraming shops at may towns daw. May Korean Town na puro Korean foods, products, fashion, etc, may Japaneses, May Chinese at Filipino. May garden at playground para sa kids. Ang layo lang dito sa Pasig, nakaktamad bumyahe tapos traffic.

Went to the newly opened Ayala Malls Manila Bay today. Too bad we had to leave after almost half an hour of trying to navigate the basement parking.

The basement parking area obviously wasn't ready for use. There were arrows on the floor (obscured by dust) that contradicted the "no entry" signs that hung from the ceiling. Some areas are still under construction so we ended up traversing some lanes that later turned out to be dead ends. Some parking spots had no lines so regular vehicles tended to take up spaces wide enough for trailer trucks. Then of course some drivers got creative and started taking up spaces na pwedeng pagsaksakan ng sasakyan nila like parallel parking in-between pillars or wherever there's a vacant spot beside a wall. Basta andaming nagkakandaligaw na mga sasakyan. We just left out of frustration.

I'm not sure if the space will be maximized later once they finish painting in all the lines but if that's all the parking that the mall has then I think there's gonna be a problem when the mall goes on full operation. I didn't see any ramps going down so I think it's just a single level basement parking.

By the way, does anybody know how many buildings and malls the reclaimed area in Manila Bay can support? Nag-stabilize na kaya ang lupa duon?

Kuripot gumawa parking ayala malls. Ayaw nila duplicate style ng sm malls na box type simple layout.

Hihiluhin kayo sa parking pa lang. Tapos pafefeelingin kayo na sosy mall nila. May pautot pa pauso na aso nakadiaper. hahahahaha

Mahirap na talunin yung ginawa sa fashion hall megamall. Yan na talaga puntahan tao.
