magnoilia is not being singled out by anyone.
it is the same scenario, everywhere.
you have but to go to the other malls, sir, to find out for yourself.
you think malls have it bad?
think of the hospitals. by nature, a big cut of their clientele are senior citizen.
heh heh.

I really liked Evia. It's like a small ATCI just wish they had a bigger selection of stores for shopping. It's mostly restaurants lang kasi. I don't mind going there instead of ATC for lunch. I find ATC too crowded na kasi.
I would have mistaken it for an Ayala mall if my Kuya didn't tell me that it was a Villar Mall hehehe

Again, in this season, I can probably agree.
Wait 'til summer or rainy season,- you'll learn how to feel about it, otherwise.
VillarMall is becoming 'classy'... [money money money]...
You won't know it's them,- e.g. Puregold in Philamlife Village which they turned into a hip grocery store...Really nice!
What I don't like though is their concept of 'paluto' along its perimeter.... Reeks [of the smell] of burnt cooking oil...
Anyone visited inside Ayala Malls Feliz? Nagdaan ako a few days ago dyan, and it's huge outside. Nanliit ang SM marikina, Robinsons Metro east at Sta Lu.

I like the dome area. What's with summer and rainy season? Because of the open area? I'm used to that since the malls I frequent are like that anyway.
I was surprised that the first Villar mall I went to is nice. I was expecting it to be low end since I thought that's their specialty/niche. My Kuya said though that Portofino is really nice. They are capturing the high end market na din pala.
Has anyone been to All Home? My Tita loves the branch in Sta Rosa. And then my Kuya mentioned there's an All Home din near Evia and it's nice nga daw.
There's a Villar mall malapit lang sa Evia. That one that has the All Home you are talking about. Dun yata ang pang masa. Evie whole name is Evia Lifestyle Mall. Kaya wala masyado shop dun at hindi puntahan ng masa. BTW they have 24 hours cinema on weekend pag ang palabas eh blockbuster like Avengers. Masarap manood sa reclining chair at 3am in the morning tapos konti lang tao.
. Maybe CVT is talking about the open space parking lot which is hassle pag mainit or umuulan. But they already opened an extension sa basement parking lot. It's big kaya bihira mapuno. Yun nga lang yung extension eh walang access sa Mall so you have to walk back pa.

Meron daw bagong mall tinatayo sa daang hari. It's in the Ayala southvale land just beside southvale sonera. This will be the 3td mall along daang hari + 1 landers. Won't be surprised if daang hari would be as traffic as alabang zapote Road in the future.

This department store is connected to the ayala mall in Cebu. Hope it will be under control soon.

Was listening to a podcast about Malls. Apparently sa US, Malls are on a decline. Many Americans don't want to go to Malls anymore. Some reasons I heard was recession and online shopping. And some mall builders used Malls as tax loophole.
I wonder if that will happen to Philippines. Maybe as long as there are air conditions at Malls it won't decline.

hinde mag-decline ang malls, coz the new TRAIN law just removed the VAT on rent. and the TRAIN law is taxing more the motorcycles gasoline consumption. motorcycles are the backbone of e-commerce industry like lazada LBC< and mga nag-iinstagram na yan
there is another problem in online business. somehow, the motorcycles riders are stealing yun mga padala. dami na cases kasi insured naman daw.
given these risks in online business as well as credit card / e-money frauds.
better go back to traditional malls na lang, na guaranteed ka na what you're buying is exactly what you want and wished for, kasi na-check out mo ng husto.
baket lang ba naging Ok ang online, coz they cutthroating the brick and mortar store, now that MyPres know the plight of store owners, makakapag baba na sila ng presyo. ako nga never na ako namimile dyan sa Lazada, eh mas mura pa sa malls ngaun madalas pag cash
its been on a decline since obama bcame president. several malls were closing in my state then. it was awful. amazon and newegg were growing fast. best buy and staples were struggling. radioshack was rock bottom..

Fake news ka OB ha. Only lease on residential units is VAT exempt, and the threshold is very very low. Still I agree that mall will not disappear in PH. Sarap kaya mag 30 minute walking inside the mall compared sa labas na mainit na, may pollution pa.
