but management does have to give the employees time to celebrate tradition.

This. Malls do the same during Christmas and New Years Day.

at sm supermarket yesterday afternoon. i was chatting with the lady at the cashier.
said that mall will be up until 12 midnight so there's no way that she can visit her lola "again".

I heard SM has a strategy of employing personnel by their faith. This group does not observe most of the christian holidays so they will not complain if asked to work on a holiday but instead enjoy an overtime premium in the process.

i guess that lady was spared bro, she's was sadly thinking of her lola but it's her job calling it would be off.
and note that they are paid bit below the minimum what others have, provincial rate(?). kawawa din naman.

Just visited the newly opened (or prematurely opened) New wing of The Podium. IMO, it's a level higher than SM aura. But only a few tenants are open there. Tapos napaisip ako while I was there kung ano ang nangyari sa old Podium.... nung maglalakad na ako going to Robinson's galleria (along ADB), nakita ko na sarado na pala yung old one. Any idea if SM/Keppel will renovate the old one?

The old structure of Uniwide in Baclaran(?) is being renovated.

My guess is its a Waltermart ...

ang ganda at ang sosy at ang laki ng bagong wing ng Podium just a walk away from my Bldg, tapos ang laki laki ata ng Uniqlo na i-oopen, ohmigosh! since june lang naka 25 tops na ako, pano pa kayo pag nag-open eto massive Uniqlo nato. tapos meron na sila packaged slim fit polo, P590 lang.

hinde pa pwede nag mag-petition na lang mga Tiga-Ortigas na isara na lang yan St. Francis Square. ambaho-baho sa loob, amoy suka at toyo tapos parang ang kati-kati. ang ganda ganda kasi ng plan sa Ortigas with the elevated walkways green project.




tapos ang Podium nagpapalaki na din, yan na lang maduming St. Francis Square and eyesore, between megamall and podium para maging super megamall na ang megamall. di pag-aari ni mother lily yun lupa na yun, sana ma-politika na para mawala na yun building mall na yun,,


i only frequent two places everyday, either BGC or Ortigas. I like it living in the city so orderly and green and beautiful.

May entrance sa EDSA along South bound after LRT Balintawak Station before PureGold. May entrance din along North bound Bonifacio Ave. Siguro almost same size ng SM The Block ung Cloverleaf Mall. ground floor ung to 5th floor yata and ung parking at 6th and 7th floor.

5th And 6th floor pala ung parking. Yes malayo ung entrance from EDSA pero merong Van na shuttle going to the mall. LRT is 15 minutes walk from Bonifacio Ave entrance.
