I have read in one news item (in one of the dailies), here in Singapore na TOP 3 MOST UNFRIENDLY CITIES:
1) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
2) Singapore
3) New York City
Kunyari di nila nakikita or natutulog.

My lola had quite a pleasant experience sa Tokyo way way back...naligaw kc sila, then they asked for directions. This guy in a business suit, who was obviously in a big rush, took the time to not only show them the way, but actually walk them to/near the destination. La akong masabi B).
