    It crosses the SLEX, between Sucat and Alabang... Alam ko, isa ito sa mga dahilan kaya natigil ang construction ng Skyway earlier....

    Why so surprised? People have known of this fault line since the big earthquake back in July 16, 1990.

    Kaso lang, there are a lot of parts of La Vista that are on adobe rock AFAIK. Tsaka bungalow ata yung bahay ni Pandak at ni Taba.

    I have an Tita who built on Loyola Grand Villas last year. They spent a lot on the foundation (due to the fault line nearby) as the requirements mandated for the foundation were much more stringent (im not an engineer so i cant qualify it).

    The fault line misses Ateneo, etc (which are already on top of the elevated ground). AFAIK, it goes near Eastwood and also hits Greenmeadows.

    Malas din ni Marikina, flood prone na then its also associated with the faultline.

    eh matanung ko lng mga bossing eh bakit mahal pa din mga lote at bahay dyan eh faultline pala. kung sa amerika yan presyong kamote lang yan.

    eh mas mahal pa ata lote dyan kesa sa mga lote sa amerika considering na 3rd world lang tayo how ironic

    Land is becoming scarce in the Metro Manila area.

    Same reason why land in Mumbai, India is one of the most expensive in the world. Demand (huge population) and Supply (few available land).

    current lot price in LGV range from 18-25k/sqm depending on location, not much compared to other prime subdivisions, advantage lang is flood free and good view, pero nasa faultline kaya the price will tend to drop in the future...

    those in the cityhall who overpriced the assessment of these lots are just as stupid as those who bought these lots

    in your HONEST assessment how much should be the REAL VALUE of these lots?

    kasi para sa akin manipulated yan value na yan. that is an overblaoted speculated price of a useless piece of property.

    eh kung may dormant crater ng bulkan dyan anu ganun din presyo? MILLIONSSSSS

Loyola grand villas- earthquake prone
