Im not Pinoy so baka sabihin nyo galit ako sa PInoy, obviously not... but to answer PK's question... My guess is:

Sa ibang bansa, Filipinos ARE PROUD to be Filipinos and they WANT others to know na Filipinos are disciplined and all, because almost everybody else is in that country. Sa Pinas, almost everybody doesn't have discipline... walang "Reason" ika nga to prove otherwise.

When I eat sa fast food, I always try throw out my own trash and wipe the table somewhat up to now, nakasanayan lang. Just the other week, sinabihan pa ako dati nung isang nakaupo near the trash bin "ok ka ah, feeling mo nasa States ka"

Imagine... hehe
