RE: that gas station co-franchise whatever they call it

una bakit kailangan nila mag raise ng capital in that way?

wala ba sila sariling puhunan?

kung wala sila pera bakit sila nasa ganyan negosyo?

bakit di sila mangutang sa bangko?

Mas madali mang-uto ng ordinary investor kaysa banko. Tingnan mo naman yang padalang quote nila, may mauuto kaya silang Loan Officer niyan? Lol.

Also, most na nakikita kong nagaalok ng mga ganyan, may sariling pera naman. Gusto lang nila gamitin pera ng iba kasi nga risky investment (petroleum is a dying business) tapos di naman sila mahahabol ng mga investor nila kasi as usual sasabihin, “ah nalugi eh, ganun naman ang investment minsan panalo minsan talo”

Tanga lang talaga magiinvest sa ganyan. Magsasarili nalang akong generic station kung gusto ko talaga ng station.

sa panahon ngayon andami tao sumasabog mga bank account sa dami ng pera di alam ano gagawin sa pera coz of lack of investment opportunities coz bulok ang economy natin

No need to study na the business proposal, kasi mas mura nga sa bank kesa sa 4% monthly, so alam mo na lokohan na yan. Mas mababa pa ata interest ng credit card, kahit unsecured.

The only way to find out is to go to their main office just a few blocks away from where I am now and listen to their business proposal on gas station expansion also I will have the time to ask questions and see how they answer maybe the 4% is net amount and they have already computed the cost and come up with that figure. The agent even told me that instead of putting your money in mutual funds, stocks or even real estate you invest here instead to get better ROI. They even showed photos of various gasoline station on going construction works so investor knows where their money goes to and not just simply recruitment or buying products scheme.
