    may nabili ako LG TV sa SM bacoor Sm appliance center ung pinaka latest ng LG 2017 ,43 inches ..

    30k ang presyo cash..

    after ng 1 week ok pa siya.nung 2nd week na sa panonood lang ng movies bigla nalang nag auto reboot.ni report ko na sa SM bacoor kung saan binile..ang sabi hintayin daw namin ung technician sa bahay para servisan..pero mukang luge yata ako dahil sa wala pa nga 1 month eh may sira na..

    ano ba dapat kong gawin hintayin pa si technician sa bahay.or ibalik ko na agad dun sa SM bacoor kung saan ko binile.para dun ako mag reklamo dahil may sira ung nakuha ko..

    kung sakali dumating si technician sa bahay.dapat ba akong pumayag na kuhanin ung TV para dalin sa service center.
    or dapat akong mag matigas na dapat nilang palitan ng ibang unit dahil sa brand new ung binili namin.

    ano ba maganda advice medyo malaki laki din kasi ung 30K cash.na binayaran tapos after 2week palang sira na at dapat pa kaming mag hintay ng technician..

    ano ba return policy ng sm regarding electronics?

    factory defect yan... sabihin mo di lng nagamit since purchase...

    habulin mo agad if less than 30days.

    then get a samsung 😁

    wala sila naka lagay sa recibo kasi ordinary resibo lang ung nasa amin at wala naka lagay na return policy

    sakit na ulo ko dito sa TV ito

    what about the warranty document that is supposed to be included in all appliances?

    try mo din mag LG washing machine. my first one, an auto, lasted like 12 years and required zero servicing, so when it malfunctioned i just decided to junk it coz it didn't want the hassle of repair, but i'm sure it still repairable

    my 2nd one is like 6 years now. flawless so far

    read the return policy, po.
    after a certain number of days, baka hindi na tanggapin yan for a replacement unit. you might have to bring it yourself to the LG repair center, wherever that is.

    aug 18 na binile .1 week na ginamit .tapos nabakasyon kami province ng 4 days. tapos sep7 ni report na namin sa Sm sabi hintayin daw ung technician balak ko na nga ibalik sa Sm bacoor..sumasakit na ulo ko..bukas pa daw or sa martes pupuntahan ng technician,,

    walang dumating or nag text or tumawag na technician pero ang sinabi ng agent ng SM nung thursday sep7 maghintay daw hanggang monday pupuntahan ng technician.till now walang nagpaparamdam..

    ano kaya ,magandang move dito..

    ikaw na mismo dapat tumawag sa LG......

    palit unit na dapat yan kahit 1month......sobrang aga para masira ng ganyan yan..... kasi hindi nila pwede ipalusot yung within 7days na sira...

    Kaya merong warranty.

    Don't worry if they're going to repair it. It's not a sign na lemon yan (ie. paulit-ulit nang masisira). Meron talagang tyamba na nasisirang part early on due to manufacturing tolerances. And in most cases nowadays, they don't do component repairs.... they replace the whole module nung nasira. That could be the main board, daughter board, power supply, etc. Hindi katulad noon na ang TV repairman may dalang soldering station at schematic diagram.

    And kapag large appliances, including big-screen TVs, home service yan automatic. You never bring it to a service center dahil baka masira pa lalo (particularly yung display panel) during transport.

    Our 42-inch LG Smart TV has been going for at least 5 years na. Never encountered a single issue. Though, lahat ng A/V equipment ko are connected to a UPS and properly grounded. The last one is especially important.

    Ganyan din yung LG smart tv ko dati after 7 days di na gumagana, kabago bago. Inayos ng technician dito sa bahay, ok pa naman ngaun. 2010 pa yung TV ko. 👍👍

    I hope software issue lang, update lang OS probably maaayus na. Now if its hardware, yun ang problem kase bubuksan ang unit.

    iirc ... meron 7 days replacement warranty sa SM

    lagpas 7 days na ang unit kaya sa service center na ang magrepair

    bukas darating ang tech ... konting tiis lang sir

    medyo minalas lang sa unit, pero kapag naayos na yan, sana tumagal na

    Had a problem with an LG home theater before and pinalitan nila ng bago yung unit after ng diagnosis.

    Can you check your TV if there is an available software update? May time din na nagrereboot yung LG na tv ko before yun pala may software update kaya ganun.
