only 100mm of rain to trigger a landslide? that's scary. of course, i lived next to Malibu, CA for a long time so i guess i've seen those effects too.

anyway, while everybody is spending time thinking about whose fault it is, some school children might still be suffocating underneath the mud waiting vainly for rescue. hopefully magpadala ng rescue personnel/equipment ang USAF
