Meron ba dito nakatira na dun sa lugar na yun, parang ok kasi yun mga bahay dun, yun mgasimpleng townhouse type lang pero guarded.

Im thinking it looks like a province but tomorrow, that area will be populated skyscrapers and yun generation ngaun will invest in that.

metro Manila will be just like old manila, congested and filthy.

And also I want to off-load some cars. Nahihirapan na ako sa 4 na tsikot ko (3 Suvs + 1 Sports Coupe), everytime na lang lalabas ako sa umaga, kailangan ilabas ko muna yun ayaw ko dalhin, then back, it's a time consuming ordeal. Im planning to put my oldest CRv there na lang, para hindi na sya gano laspag coz maluwag dun. Kumbaga tambak na lang sa garahe ng plano ko bilhin new house to make it look like somebody is sleeping there during weekdays

Nuvali is a good choice when you are working or have a business within the vicinity of Laguna (general area). But if you live there and work in Makati/Ortigas/Manila .... Toll fees will be a bastard.

That's true. Even the guys i know who live in Carmona are complaining about toll fees. It's P 300+ for them per day plus gas to Makati/Mandaluyong.

But hey, that's area is a growth corridor with the good schools setting up shop there.

If you have a lot of cars, what some peeps do is to buy a small lot near their house and build a garage for it. I always dreamed of having something like that at home or near my home.

It looks like he is looking for a weekend house... Nuvali is a hip place in the area indeed... But I would prefer going straight to Tagaytay....

I though of it you know tagaytay, but everythinv there is overpriced already and for what, just bec. Of the cool weather. There is no more growth in tagaytay, that place is for people who retired fat and thinks that cold weather is green and healthy living.

If one will look even at surrounding areas, wala naman business dun, so how will workers migrate there.

Ang habol ko weekend house that has the capability to appreciate in the future, if for instance, eton city and other ayala skyscraper malls sprout there in the next 10 years or so.

And im eyeing that place very much, parang yun nakits sa fb, yun tipong Makati in the 50's etc. dibs parang walang laman, parang eton ngaun dba. So yun more money for me in the future.

^It's also hard to maintain a house in Tagaytay. The weather pretty much makes things moldy, strong rains with winds creep water through your windows and ceilings if they are poorly sealed, and some types of wood/processed wood warp easily.

    OT:

I'd love to have a condo in Tagaytay though, kahit studio lang. Good weekend getaway pa rin ang Tagaytay either way you put it.

Bagay na bagay ka sa Tagaytay Highlands with your Benzes. :D

Kaso lang mga P 100,000 per square ata yung bentahan dyan ngayon.

The projects in Highlands (condos and houses) are now made and sold by the SM group (Highlands Prime ata).

Masarap siguro i-drive yung 86 sa Highlands.

So thats 100K per square metre multiplied by how big you want your condo to be, plus the neceesary club dues, etc. etc. Kayang kaya ni OB yan no doubt .. :D
