I though of it you know tagaytay, but everythinv there is overpriced already and for what, just bec. Of the cool weather. There is no more growth in tagaytay, that place is for people who retired fat and thinks that cold weather is green and healthy living.

If one will look even at surrounding areas, wala naman business dun, so how will workers migrate there.

Ang habol ko weekend house that has the capability to appreciate in the future, if for instance, eton city and other ayala skyscraper malls sprout there in the next 10 years or so.

And im eyeing that place very much, parang yun nakits sa fb, yun tipong Makati in the 50's etc. dibs parang walang laman, parang eton ngaun dba. So yun more money for me in the future.

^It's also hard to maintain a house in Tagaytay. The weather pretty much makes things moldy, strong rains with winds creep water through your windows and ceilings if they are poorly sealed, and some types of wood/processed wood warp easily.

    OT:

I'd love to have a condo in Tagaytay though, kahit studio lang. Good weekend getaway pa rin ang Tagaytay either way you put it.

Bagay na bagay ka sa Tagaytay Highlands with your Benzes. :D

Kaso lang mga P 100,000 per square ata yung bentahan dyan ngayon.

Primo may condo project sa Highlands (like SM, Cityland, Robinsons)? At 100K per square meter, expensive nga!

The projects in Highlands (condos and houses) are now made and sold by the SM group (Highlands Prime ata).

Masarap siguro i-drive yung 86 sa Highlands.

So thats 100K per square metre multiplied by how big you want your condo to be, plus the neceesary club dues, etc. etc. Kayang kaya ni OB yan no doubt .. :D
