Do not repay evil with evil. Turn the other cheek etc..

Madaling sabihin pero mahirap gawain. But of course, it's your civic duty to report a clear violation of the law, (I'm sure there's at least a city ordinance being breached) first to the barangay and then to the police. O kaya, i-post mo na lang dito and name and license car number niya and play the shame game. Baka nga tsikoteer pa yun.

-Remove tire valve cap. Generously fill the valve with Mighty Bond or any cyanoacrylate adhesive. Screw back tire valve cap.

-Buy a full-grown coconut tree and plant near the driveway. Procure the heaviest fruit from the tree, and smash against the hood of the offending car, leaving the coconut used nearby. A convenient excuse is in order.

-Save leftover meals and feed stray cats on car roof or hood.

-If offending car doesn't have keyless entry, generously apply Mighty Bond on exposed keyholes. Don't forget the trunk.

-If plates are uncovered and the opportunity presents itself, remove current registration sticker on plates.

This happened year 2000. Some people have a sick sense of humor.

In your case madam mukhang bastusan na ang ginagawa nya.

Why do you intimidated by your neighbor? Has something happened in the past to merit your fears? Hindi kaya manliligaw mo ito dati?

You may park in front of someone's gate pero you should not leave the car unattended. There should be someone ready to move it when the gate's going to be used by the owner. That is part of your right of way. Tsaka paano kung emergency where time is of the essence?

common sense dictates that if you see a driveway, you shouldn't block it.

and yes pwede ipa-tow yan. istorbo eh, nakaharang sa daanan nyo.

unfortunately common-sense is becoming a rare commodity these days.

pinturahan mo ng red yung bangketa nyo ta's pag may nag-park ulit pa-tow mo nalang agad. heheheh. common sense is really not that common.

seriously, talk to your neighbor first. pag hindi nakinig then you can take some other more drastic measure.

Mam, I know the feeling. We live along a main street, kungbaga, commercial ang zone namin. maya't maya kung anu-anong sasakyan ang nagpa-park sa tapat ng gate namin. Actually, our gate is flushed right along the street kaya considered na no parking area talaga siya dapat. There's also a sign at the streelight na "no parking" ng MMDA. Balewala rin, talagang pasaway ang mga pinoy! I then decided to put my own "no parking" sign sa gate, medyo nabawasan naman.

is there a law that prohibits a truck to park in front of an establishment?

i really got pissed off by a big trucking service, who always park in front of my clinic,i only have a small door and they block(almost) my whole frontage, are there any law that prohibits them from parking right in front of me?

i told them that im gonna fine the 500/hour but i was reprimanded by my brother that it would be over pricing and govt would just taxed me on it.

pero halos lahat ng harapan ko and karatula ko nakatakip na, i only realize this when a patient call my secretary and asked for an appoinment then confirm if there are any parking available because she is bringing her car, then i realize na this big truck is really blocking my way.

bukod sa amicable settlement are there any ordinance that i could hold on to?ok lng kasi if a car would park in front, pero pag 6 wheel up, di nako nakikita
